Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, delivering high-quality care in line with standard protocols. The role focuses on improving patients' functional abilities and independence across diverse care communities.

You will work within a supportive clinical team, participate in ongoing training, and uphold professional conduct while maintaining state licensure and compliance with healthcare

Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OTA program required.
• Active OTA state license required.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Contribute to the development and success of the OTA program.
• Strengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in occupational therapy and healthcare.
• Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomes.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentation.
