Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will foster strong relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering care aligned with established plans of care.

The role involves ongoing therapy, potential supervision of Rehab Technicians, and case management, all while upholding Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards and complying with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while delivering treatment per plans of care.
• Perform ongoing therapy, supervise Rehab Technicians as needed, and assist with case management.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols.
