Job summary

Quantum Healthcare Group in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a supportive rehab team. This full-time position supports residents with screenings, treatment per plan of care, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team at one location, with no daily travel.

The role requires an Associate of Science in OTA, FL license, strong communication, organization, and tech skills; the facility uses Net Health-Therapy and PCC for billing, and offers flexible scheduling and

Qualifications

Minimum of Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
A current Florida Occupational Therapy Assisting License.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be computer/tech savvy.

Responsibilities

Conducts screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Occupational Therapist.
Contributes objective data to Occupational Therapists as allowed by scope of practice.
Provide Occupational Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care.
Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT and facility success.
