Qualifications

Associate’s degree or greater - Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License.
In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

Responsibilities

Deliver treatments per established plan of care and adjust as needed with IDT collaboration.
Monitor patient response to interventions and document thoroughly.
Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Bayview Healthcare in Ocala FL has an amazing opportunity for a Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant! We are looking for an OTA to join our team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes! PRN potentially available as well.

Our clinical teams service with compassion and commitment to quality care. Our staff is dedicated to providing customized care options for our residents and collaborate to create these programs and best practices with the intention of exceeding industry standards.

OTA Responsibilities:

Ensure all treatment delivered is in accordance with the established plan of care.
Monitor patient response to treatment intervention and modify treatment approach and directive as clinically appropriate with IDT collaboration.
Provide clinical support and education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care is provided.
Ensure documentation is completed thoroughly and timely and complies with all company and state/federal regulatory requirements.
Complying with all rules, regulations, and procedures.
Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab.
