Flagship Therapy in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our post-acute rehabilitation team. Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative interventions, ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and modalities to geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
