Mission Palms Post Acute Care in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The role offers a stable, supportive team environment and a competitive pay rate of $30–$35 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, delivering skilled therapy, documenting discharge summaries, and collaborating with families and caregivers to support recovery.

Qualifications

• OTA license required.
• New grads welcome!
• Open to COTAs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with regular standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
