Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Chandler, AZ is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will deliver skilled, medically necessary therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and support geriatric patients in recovery.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - CHANDLER POST ACUTE AND REHABILITATION - CHANDLER, AZ

Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitationin Chandler, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!
Full Time : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $28 - $35 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.


• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.


• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.


• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
