Horizon Post Acute Care in Glendale, AZ, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative team focused on quality geriatric care.

You will provide skilled, medically necessary interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including ADL retraining and therapeutic activities, and monitor patient progress to adjust treatments accordingly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and use of assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in consultation with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
