Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• OTA licensure required; BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans set by the occupational therapist.
• Documents data and progress per standards and policies.
• Provides patient and family education, including home exercise programs.
• Supports infection control, safety, and clinical policies.
• Mentors students and new staff; contributes to ongoing education.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation and meets productivity expectations.
