Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-focused therapy services under an OT. This full-time daytime position requires an active COTA license and NBCOT certification.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home programs, with a comprehensive benefits package and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
