Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime shifts at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville, IL. The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and document patient progress for OT oversight.

Requirements include an associate degree in the COTA program, current state COTA license, NBCOT certification, and prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
