Benchmark Therapies, LLC is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our team at Laurel View Village in Davidsville, PA. This role supports an aging population with meaningful, patient-centered care.

We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN options, with a collaborative therapy team and generous benefits for eligible staff. You will document care plans and progress using Net Health and facility systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and specialized rehabilitation services to patients.
• Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department.
