Job summary

Job Description

Responsible for carrying out goal oriented treatments established by the Occupational Therapist to facilitate maximum level of independence in ADL and UE functioning.

Qualifications

Education

Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from a college program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association academic and intern requirement for competence in OT.

License/Certification

Nevada State License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. (Must be in the process of licensure and practicing under a student license). Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS certification.

Other

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
