Job summary

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate ADL functioning and design goal-oriented interventions. You will foster independence and participate in multidisciplinary care to support discharge planning.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy, Nevada OT licensure, NBCOT, and BLS certification. The role aligns with a comprehensive patient-care program within a large hospital system in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting ADL functioning and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy from a university program satisfying the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification:

Nevada State License as a Registered Occupational Therapist. Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current BLS certification.

Other:

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
