Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support pediatric clients in home health settings under the supervision of a licensed OT.

You will implement therapy plans, help children develop daily living skills and functional tasks, collaborate with families for carryover, and maintain documentation in streamlined EHR systems while participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification and active state OT Assistant license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
