Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a supportive pediatric home health team. You will work directly with children in their homes, implementing OT treatment plans under licensed OTs’ supervision and helping families apply strategies at home.

Responsibilities include promoting functional skills, daily routines, and real-world carryover, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership involvement in documentation and program

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Active state license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
