Care Options for Kids in Colorado Springs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for pediatric home health. You will support OT treatment plans in children’s homes, helping them build functional skills and daily routines.

This role offers immediate caseload, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, per-visit pay of $50–$55, salaried during caseload build, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support OT treatment plans under supervision of licensed OTs.
• Help children build functional skills and support daily routines.
• Collaborate with families to promote carryover in real-world environments.
• Provide home-based therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Maintain patient documentation and coordinate with clinical leadership.

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
