Flagship Therapy’s Stonehenge South Jordan in UT is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. This post-acute care facility serves geriatric clients and offers a stable, team-focused environment.

Under OT supervision, you will provide rehabilitative treatment, administer ADL retraining, assess progress, and communicate outcomes to the supervising OT. State license/registration is required where applicable; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Must hold current State license/registration where applicable.
• We welcome candidates with all levels of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of assistive devices under OT supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.

Stonehenge South Jordan in UT is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications
