Broadway Villa in Sonoma, CA, is a post-acute care facility providing long- and short-term services for geriatric clients. We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program and support our dedicated therapy team in delivering skilled, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited OTA program and holds an active state license where applicable; all levels of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Broadway Villa in Sonoma, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

PRN : Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $ 47 - $55 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities
