Flagship Therapy's Broadway Villa in Sonoma, CA seeks a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the in-house rehab program. You will provide rehabilitative services to geriatric patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, supporting recovery and daily living skills during post-acute care.

The role welcomes candidates at all experience levels and offers competitive hourly pay, with scheduling flexibility that supports work-life balance in a community-focused facility.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments with the supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PRN

Broadway Villa in Sonoma, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $47 - $55/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome!
