AgeRight Care at Home in Oregon seeks a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive team in Clackamas/Oregon City/SE Portland. Provide person-centered home health therapy, delivering treatment plans per physician orders and helping patients reach goals.

Licensed OTA in Oregon with 1+ year experience and an OTA degree from an accredited program; pay range $35-$45 per hour DOE. We offer mileage reimbursement, education benefits, and paid vacation and sick time.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Oregon.
• OTA degree from an accredited OTA program.
• One or more years' experience as a COTA.

Responsabilités

• Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes.
• Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
