AgeRight Care at Home in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centered care to seniors and other patients in their homes. You will assess needs, establish treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to meet therapy goals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy.

Minimum Qualifications:
