Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our growing team in Milwaukee under the guidance of an occupational therapist. You will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care and participate in delivering therapy services.

In this role you will work closely with the supervising OT and rehab staff to ensure quality patient outcomes and accurate documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
