Job summary

The Springs of Chenal in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support licensed therapists by delivering individualized therapy plans and helping residents reach their goals.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families on OT techniques, and maintain accurate progress notes to ensure high-quality care and seamless coordination within our supportive community.

Qualifications

• Requires an OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an AOTA-approved OTA program is required.
• Current OTA certification in Arkansas or eligibility to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
