The Springs of Red Oak in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a COTA to join our therapy team. You will work alongside occupational therapists to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence and recovery for our patients.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree or higher in OTA studies, an active Arkansas OTA license, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position with competitive rates and benefits.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff development and education to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions
