Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies.
• Current OTA license in the state of Arkansas.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

• Implement and modify therapy programs to meet patient needs, including exercises, activities, and interventions.

• Participate in staff development and education to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions.
