Job summary

The Springs of John Barrow in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Full Time COTA-Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. You will work with occupational therapists to implement personalized treatment plans that promote residents' independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and group therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals and families, and helping residents engage in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Arkansas.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
• Familiarity with occupational therapy assessment and treatment techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
