Job summary

The Springs of Chenal in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support residents by delivering high-quality therapy services under supervision, helping them reach their full potential with compassionate care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement evidence-based interventions, and educate residents and families on OT methods.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Completion of an OTA program approved by the AOTA.
• Current Arkansas OTA certification or ability to obtain quickly.
• 0 years of experience preferred, but open to candidates with limited experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Design and implement interventions to promote independence and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers on OT techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely resident progress records
