Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehab team, delivering patient-centered therapies to senior residents. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, mentorship, and growth opportunities within a not-for-profit organization.

You will provide one-on-one treatments under medical orders, utilize innovative therapies, and contribute to improving residents' quality of life in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree in the OTA field.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist rehabilitative services for patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Gain mentorship and hands-on experience using innovative technologies and therapies.

• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
