LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide skilled OT interventions under supervision, helping residents regain or maintain independence, safety, and quality of life in a homecare setting. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate residents and families about therapy and care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, dignified, patient-centered care and contribute to ongoing learning
