Job summary

Lexingtonml in Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide coordinated occupational therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

You will collaborate with the OT and care team to implement patient-specific care plans, document care daily, support ROM, strength, and functional mobility to help patients perform ADLs and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

• A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides coordinated occupational therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Participated in the coordination of care
• Work in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
• Deliver high quality skilled care to patients facilitating their ROM, strength, coordination, use of adaptive equipment and functional mobility to achieve ADL performance
• Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our system
• Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
