Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

Documentation of assessments in EMR and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are essential, along with educating families and caregivers to support ongoing needs.

Qualifications
