Job description

Role: Occupational Therapy Assistant providing compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one treatments focused on functional recovery, activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and enhancing quality of life.
  • Document treatment progress and outcomes in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate residents and their families about treatment plans and safety.
