Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our field team delivering in-home therapy in Colorado. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, and provide skilled OT to promote recovery and independence in the home setting.

Part-time opportunities are available; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends as needed. We value compassionate care, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by AMA/AOTA/Eligibility for National Registration Examination.
  • Licensed by the Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners in the practicing state.
  • Minimum one year in acute care; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
  • Initial assessment, plan of care maintenance, and reassessments every 30 days.
  • Consult with physicians regarding changes in treatment.

Education

Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by AMA/AOTA

What you’ll be doing:
  • Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
  • Return the individual to optimum and productive living within the patient’s capability.
  • Periodically participate with all other home care personnel in patient’s care planning.
  • Provide prescribed occupational therapy and all skilled procedures.
  • Responsible for initial assessment, plan of care maintenance program development and modifications and reassessments every 30 days.
  • Consult with physicians regarding change in treatment.

Compensation and Schedule:
  • $38-$45 per visit
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Part time and PRN
What we’re looking for:
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and /or certified by successfully completing the National Certification examination, -or-
  • Eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Currently licensed by the Board of Occupational and Physical Therapy Examiners in the state in which practicing, unless licensure does not apply
  • Minimum of one year in an acute care setting.
  • One (1) year experience in Home Health preferred.
