St. Elizabeth's Home Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis. The OTA will collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

Requirements include an AAS in OTA, active OTA license, CPR/BLS certification, one year of OTA experience, and a valid driver's license. The role supports diverse patients, emphasizing compassionate, patient-centered care in the

Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the St. Elizabeth's Home Health team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

Job Requirements

**This is a PRN Position**

Qualifications:

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
