CHI St. Vincent Health at Home is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our home care team.

The OTA will collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary staff to plan, implement and evaluate therapy for patients in their homes. Qualifications include an AAS in OTA (or related field), an active OTA license, CPR/BLS certification, at least one year of OTA experience, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Mansioni

Job Summary and Responsibilities

$28.67 - $42.64 /hour
