CHI St. Vincent Health at Home seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our home-based care team. You will plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes, working closely with the OT and the interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• AAS degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state where you practice
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One year OTA experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Driver's License.
• Compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the CHI St. Vincent Health at Home team. The OTA will work collaboratively with the OT and other interdisciplinary team members to plan, implement and evaluate occupational therapy services for patients in their homes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Associates of applied science (AAS) degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or a related field.
• Active registered OTA license in the state which you practice
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Drivers License
• Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations

$28.67 - $42.64 /hour
