Qualifications

Position: Occupational Therapist Assistant – Home Health

How You Will Contribute:
  1. Provide safe patient care and deliver individualized physician care plans.
  2. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.

Location & Coverage Area:

Denver Branch, covering Aurora, Arvada, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, Golden

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate patients' functional status regularly.
  2. Teach and retrain patients in daily activities.
  3. Instruct family/caregivers on treatment regimens.
  4. Follow treatment plans and goals as advised by the Registered Occupational Therapist.
  5. Maintain clinical records and documentation.
  6. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
  • Current NBCOT certification and licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of COTA experience.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
