A leading healthcare organization is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide care within the treatment mall. This role involves assessing and treating patients with various conditions, collaborating with the treatment team, and developing therapeutic strategies. What you’ll do at OhioMHAS:
This position is primarily responsible for providing care in the treatment mall; however, it may be temporarily transitioned to a unit-based position.
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of $29 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are 1st shift, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a Sunday rotation every 5-6 weeks. The position is located at 1101 Summit Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237.
Unless required by union contract or Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will start at Step 1 of the pay range, with opportunities for pay increases after six months of satisfactory performance and annually thereafter.
Current Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant License pursuant to Section 4755.02 of Revised Code, or a limited permit pursuant to Section 4755.07 for those who meet the requirements of Divisions (A) to (C) of Section 4755.06.
