Flagship Therapy in Chandler, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our in-house rehab program. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative interventions for geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.

The position emphasizes ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and progress documentation, with a competitive pay rate of $28–$35 per hour based on experience and a stable, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - CHANDLER POST ACUTE AND REHABILITATION - CHANDLER, AZ

Chandler Post Acute and Rehabilitation in Chandler, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $28- $35/hour based on experience
