North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program. The role offers a flexible schedule with a focus on work-life balance and a pay range of $28-$34 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include providing rehabilitative therapy under an Occupational Therapist, administering ADL retraining, and assessing patient progress. Qualified graduates with state licensure are welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Hold a current State license/registration where applicable.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - NORTH MOUNTAIN MEDICAL & REHABILITATION - PHOENIX, AZ

North Mountain Medical & Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, AZ, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

FULL TIME : Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $ 28 - $34 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
