Flagship Therapy in Chula Vista, CA is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time position at South Bay Post Acute Care. Location: Chula Vista, California.

Pay ranges from $36 to $45 per hour based on experience. Join our team to provide rehabilitative, skilled care under Occupational Therapist supervision, administer ADL retraining and therapeutic activities, and monitor patient progress to adjust treatments as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
