Brighter Days Early Intervention Agency in the Philadelphia area seeks dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will provide OT services in homes, daycares, and community settings, with some teletherapy or hybrid options, and in-person care is required.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and mentorship to new graduates, plus streamlined processes that reduce administrative burden so you can focus on therapy.

Competenze

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus; mentorship available.

Competitive Compensation:

• Highly Competitive: Will try to match or try to beat any current EI rate.
• Negotiable Rate: Based on experience in the PA Early Intervention system and size of caseload.

Role Requirements & Settings:

• Settings: Provide services in homes, daycares, and community settings. While some families utilize teletherapy or hybrid models. Must be able to provide in-person services.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience: Prior Early Intervention experience is a plus, but we welcome new graduates and offer mentorship.

Active PA Occupational Therapy License a requirement. Prior experience with Early Intervention is a plus but not a requirement. This position would also be great for a new graduate or someone wanting to further their professional skill set. We provide the opportunity to work with an experienced mentor and offer continued administrative support.
