Job summary

Kids and Family Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention to support children ages 0-5 in homes, daycares, head starts, and community settings.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention

Kids and Family is a warm, established Early Intervention agency looking to grow our Occupational Therapy department! For over 18 years, we have proudly supported Philadelphia’s youngest learners and their families by providing services to children ages 0-5 throughout the city.

Position Summary

As part of our OT team, you will provide ongoing occupational therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload in Early Intervention settings. Our therapists work with children with a wide range of developmental needs including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, self-help and adaptive skill delays, emotional regulation difficulties, feeding concerns, developmental delays, visual motor deficits, social engagement challenges, and more.

Our therapists enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where they are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
  • Previous experience as an occupational therapist, pediatric occupational therapist, OT, OTR, OT-R or in occupational therapy and pediatric occupational therapy may make you a good fit! ( sorry need to write that for Indeed visability purposes :)
