Ability Care Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN-Part time home health visits in Florida. You will assess patients in their homes, initiate start of care, and conduct face-to-face evaluations of vital signs and mobility.

You will monitor strength, set improvement goals, report progress to caregivers and physicians, and supervise COTAs as appropriate. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Must have FL-approved master's OTR degree from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
• Must complete a competency check and orientation prior to initiating patient care.
• Current FL State OTR license is required.

Responsabilités
