Job summary

Ability Care Services seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN-Part time to support in-home patient care across Florida counties. You will assess patient needs, establish start of care during face-to-face visits, and deliver targeted evaluations of vital signs and mobility.

You will set improvement goals for strength and function and communicate progress to caregivers, physicians, and the agency. Responsibilities include supervising COTAs when appropriate and completing orientation steps

Qualifications

• Must have FL-approved master’s OTR degree program completed.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position: Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN-Part time

Job Requirements

• Must have successfully completed at least a FL-approved master’s OTR degree program from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.

Current FL State OTR license is required.
