Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop an OT treatment plan that meets their individual needs
• Select activities that enable residents to carry out daily activities independently
• Observe, assess, and document residents’ occupational therapy progress through detailed reports
• Maintain resident confidence by handling confidential information appropriately
• Support a cooperative relationship among the healthcare team
