Sigma Health Rehab in Utica, NY is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, help them perform daily activities independently, and document progress while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current New York State OT License
