eLuma is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver virtual OT services for K-12 students under IEPs during the 2026-2027 school year. Work remotely from your space with flexible scheduling, backed by clinical support and a long-standing placement network.

You’ll conduct evaluations, set functional goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure access and success in the classroom, with opportunities for professional growth and strong support systems.

Formación

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active NBCOT certification (OTR) and Tennessee license.
• Minimum one year of school-based OT experience.
• Reliable computer with webcam and stable high-speed internet.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver virtual occupational therapy services to K-12 students under established IEPs.
• Conduct OT evaluations assessing fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and functional skills.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals aligned to student participation and performance.
• Recommend environmental modifications and assistive technology to improve access.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on carryover strategies.
• Complete required documentation and progress notes within district timelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings virtually as needed.
