Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (OT).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address diverse patient needs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation reflecting the care provided and communicate changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
